FINGERPOINT is a social game for groups. One question, one finger each, one result. It is entertainment — not a verdict, not evidence of anything.

The service is currently free to use. We may introduce paid features, partner content or sponsored questions in the future. Anything that costs money will be clearly marked as such before you use it, and questions or rooms provided by a partner will be labelled as sponsored.

Do not use FINGERPOINT to bully, harass, threaten or humiliate anyone, to spread illegal content, or to ask questions about people who are not in the room and did not agree to play. Do not put real names, contact details or other personal information into a question.

No automated access, scraping, or attempts to overload or break the service. We may block abusive traffic without notice.

You are responsible for the questions and names you type. You keep your rights to them and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to display them inside the round and to use the question text in anonymized and aggregated form — for example in the public question library, to improve the product, and in aggregated insights, trend reports or benchmarks that we publish or provide to third parties.

Before a question is stored for these purposes, personal names are automatically masked. Display names, individual votes and room codes are never part of it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided as-is. Rooms disappear after 24 hours and there is no backup or recovery. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time. We are liable only for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health; liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

FINGERPOINT is intended for people aged 16 and over.

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
